Brief Summary:

Deboke is honored to serve as the representative for DSD Group and CDC NSW in the provision of design and construction support for a forthcoming project. This endeavor entails the creation of a new depot, office building, and associated workshops, all tailored to accommodate a fleet of electric buses. The proposed development encompasses parking facilities for 198 buses, 252 cars, and 12 patient transport vehicles. Additionally, enhancements to Whithers Road are essential to accommodate the increased activity, necessitating the installation of traffic lights and signals at the intersection.

The site is slated for use as a transportation depot operational from Monday to Friday, between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, with Sundays designated as non-operational. Deboke has played a pivotal role in aiding both contractors and clients in delivering the necessary Civil, Structural, and Stormwater elements for this project.
