Andrew is a qualified Civil Engineer, specialising in Civil, Stormwater and Flood Engineering.


Andrew has completed a range of project types from residential, commercial, industrial, subdivision, educational, mining, and minor government works across both urban and rural areas of NSW. Andrew’s passion for engineering and construction is reflected on his relationship with partners, staff, and clients.

Andrew’s vision of establishing a trusted firm to various engineering services is reflective on his dedication to providing economic and environmental solutions that provides a high quality and prompt turn-around service to meet the needs of the construction industry.

Charbel is a qualified multifaceted Structural engineer and Remedial/forensic Engineer who specialises in large, complex and technical projects.

Charbel spent his early career at reputable companies in Sydney working on both structural and remedial projects ranging from large Government funded developments to smaller privately funded projects.



During Charbel’s time at Deboke, he has completed a range of project types including commercial, industrial, residential, remedial, forensic, expert witness, recreational, educational, senior residential housing and care facilities, childcare centres and mining works across both urban and rural areas of NSW and South Australia.

Joseph is a dedicated Engineer with vast experience and expertise across Civil, Stormwater, and Flood Engineering.
